Pietų Megrame façade, greenhouse, enclosed patio, inner partition, window and door constructions are made of ALUPROF aluminum profiles. Aluminum window, door, and façade structures are durable and resistant to weather conditions. Light weight and simple maintenance make a big advantage of aluminum structures. Aluminum profiles are resistant to deformations, which is key to the longevity of a frequently opened and closed window. Although aluminum frames are more permeable to heat than wood or plastic, and therefore more popular in warm climate zones, currently, local customers choose them more often as well. All the more so that a solution was found to help eliminate this undesirable disadvantage of very low resistance to heat transfer. Today we can offer warm aluminum profiles with thermal bridge insulation.

Unprotected aluminum oxidises, so the profiles are covered with a protective coating, i.e. anodized or painted. Manufacturers give a 10-year guarantee, stating that the color won’t fade and look like new. A wide range of colors is a significant aluminum profile advantage. Customers may choose from a pallet of nearly 200 shades. Aluminum profiles can be coated with different colors on the outside and inside, which enables to fit the door or window colors to your interior design.

From environmental perspective, aluminum, just like plastic, is a 100% recyclable material, sold as non-ferrous metal. Aluminum window maintenance is very simple – just clean them from time to time. They will serve you until you grow tired of them.

MB-45 aluminum door and window system

This system can be used for interior architectural elements: various types of partitions, doors, windows, sliding and automatic doors, portals, stained glass windows, showcases, cashier offices, spatial structures, etc. It is the basis for special-purpose systems – smoke-proof partitions, MB-45D doors and MB-45S groove-fitted doors. It also enables producing door and exterior glass profiles, which do not require thermal insulation.

MB-45 standard package consists of optimally shaped profiles and accessories. They enable to build light, sturdy, and functional structures. This system can also be used for smoke-proof doors, classified as Sm, Sa under PN-EN 13502-2:2008 standard.

MB-70 aluminum door and window system

This aluminum profile system is used for exterior structures, which require better heat and sound insulation: various windows, doors, portals, showcases, spatial structures, etc. The system may also show higher thermal insulation indices when the profiles and the space under the glass are filled with special thermal insulation material. The MB-70 system enables to produce burglar-proof window and door systems and smoke extraction windows of up to class RC4. It can be used for various types of windows, for example, hidden sash windows MB-70US / MB-70US HI, MB-70SG and MB-70 Industrial windows for old buildings. The system also enables to create a ‘warm and cold’ façade structures MB-70CW / MB-70CW HI.

This system can be used for window, door, and façade structures and in energy-saving buildings.

MB-77HS lift and slide aluminum door system

Lift and slide doors are an excellent solution when you want to connect a room or a greenhouse to the external environment. They make a convenient entrance to the balcony, patio, or garden, and do not take space when opened, which increases the comfort even further. MB-77HS system belongs with the highest-quality products and complies with all applicable requirements. There are two constructional options, depending on the thermal insulation type: ST and HI. The profile structure enables to produce exceptional, enlarged doors, glazed with a single or double-chamber glazing unit, while the materials used and technical solutions ensure excellent heat and sound insulation. Its outstanding features makes the system perfect for both individual homes and luxurious apartments or hotels.

MB-SR50, MB-SR HI aluminum door and window system

This mullion-transom wall system features increased thermal insulation using PE insulator, characterised by low thermal conductivity lambda and excellent insulation properties. MB-SR50 HI system is used for external and internal building structures, including various light partitions, large glazed panes, also spatial structures, such as greenhouses, portals, porches, attics, skylights, protective covers, etc. This system is compatible with various finishing options: vertical and horizontal lines (MB-SR50 PL), also semi-structural option (MB-SR50 EFEKT). It can also be used to cover wooden or steel structures (MB-SR50 A). A fire-resistant option for the façade (MB-SR50 EI) is available too.
